Thermal imaging (aka infrared camera) is the latest tool available to the professional home inspector.  This device helps locate and identify hidden issues including: missing insulation, structural defects, electrical hot-spots, plumbing leaks, air leaks, and other problems when scanning interior walls and ceilings of the home.  Photos of any issues will be included in report.  Hover over the photos below for info of some common findings.
